- 1 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 2 1 Lb Ground Bacon
- 3 Cheese of Your Choice
- 4 Seasoning Of Your Choice
- 5 Burger Buns
- 6 Toppings And Condiments Of Your Choosing

Instructions
- Take both the ground beef and bacon and blend together. Run it through the grinder to make sure it is mixed well.
- Should make 8, 4-ounce patties. Roll into balls and put them on the griddle top and then take wax paper and steak weight or Char-Griller spatulas and smash the burger balls into patties.
- Flip burgers after nice crust has developed.
- When burgers reach you desired temperature, add cheese and toast your buns.
- Then pull off the Flat Iron Griddle and top how you want it!
