Charcoal Dirty Dogs, Chicago Style

Ingredients
- 1 Hot Dogs, 1 pack
- 2 Buns, 1 pack
- 3 Mustard, to taste
- 4 Relish, to taste
- 5 Onions, diced, to taste
- 6 Tomatoes, diced, to taste
- 7 Sport peppers, whole, to taste
- 8 Pickles, whole, to taste
- 10 Celery salt, to taste
Use your Akorn Jr. grill and lump charcoal to cook up these tasty dirty dogs. Drag 'em up and down the garden!
Instructions
- Fire up the Akorn Jr. grill with lump charcoal to 400°F
- Place the hot dogs over direct heat for a few minutes. Roll them around to cook all sides. Remove from grill.
- Toast poppy seed buns for a few seconds on each side
- Place the Charcoal Dogs in the toasted buns
- Top the Charcoal Dogs with
- Mustard
- Relish
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Sport Peppers
- Pickles
- Celery Salt
