Char-Griller® shipping rates are calculated based on weight and shipping dimensions and are subject to change. Some of our items are oversized and the shipping charge will reflect that. All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. In home delivery is not offered.
We reserve the right to choose which provider carries your shipment. We do not, however, control these shipping companies. Once a shipment is in the hands of the provider, we cannot change shipping addresses or specify delivery date or time. You will receive email updates from us allowing you to track your order throughout the shipping process.
Char-Griller® Return Policy
You can return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase, EXCEPT items which have been installed or used in any manner. Items must be returned prepaid in resale condition with all documentation, etc. Please include a copy of your original packing list for item credit. Please note the reason for return on your packing slip.

For any product that is determined to be defective and covered under the warranty, will be replaced by contacting our Customer Service Center using the chat box in the lower right corner. Any one of our Customer Experience Specialists will be happy to assist.
