You can never go wrong with bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers sprinkled with Steak Rub, it's some good eating. It doesn’t have to be a game day to want to enjoy and eat these.

Rinse and clean the jalapeños with cold water & dry them.

Slice the jalapeños in half & remove the pith and remove some seeds. The more seeds you leave, the hotter it will be.

Place the jalapeños on a baking rack.

Fill with cream cheese.

Wrap with bacon.

Season with steak rub to taste.

Fire up Gravity 980 Charcoal Grill to 300°.

Place jalapeño poppers on the grill baking rack.

Cook jalapeno poppers for 30 minutes.
