It may have a fancy name, but it's one of the most delicious and easiest dishes to prepare! The marinade paired with the Australian wagyu beef brings the flavors over the top. Of course you don't have to use wagyu for it to be tasty, but it's nice to get out of your comfort zone. This griddle recipe was cooked on the Flat Iron flat-top griddle by Char-Griller ambassador Kyle Casper of Sweet Tusk BBQ.

Instructions

  1. 01

Cut the Ribeye into thin slices. (Set in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This helps with getting the thinnest cut possible.)

  2.

  3. 02

In a blender or food processor, blend the marinade ingredient's into a puree.

  4.

  5. 03

Add marinade to a bowl along with chopped onions and mix thoroughly. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  6.

  7. 04

With your Flat Iron over medium-high heat, take the beef straight from the marinade and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until caramelized.

  8.

  9. 05

Serve immediately over rice and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
