Pulled pork-style ribs are tender, juicy, and incredibly versatile, delivering all the flavor you love in classic pulled pork with a unique rib twist. Each half of the rack brings its own sweet-leaning flavor profile, creating the perfect balance of rich smoke and caramelized goodness. Pile the shredded meat onto slider buns and serve with your favorite potato chips for an easy, crowd-pleasing meal.

Instructions

    Generously coat each half rack with each respective seasoning

    Smoke at 225F until a nice thick bark is formed

    Coat each half of ribs with the glaze. For the cherry rub, use the cherry glaze. For the chipotle honey, use the brown sugar honey habanero

    Get that smoker closed up asap as to let that glaze start to tack up

  5. 05

    Apply as many layers of glaze as you desire, letting the glaze tack up for around an hour between coats

  6. 06

    Once the ribs reach 203 internal and they are probe tender, pull them bad boys off the smoker and watch the meat fall right off the bones!
