Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

    1 bunch parsley
  • 2
    1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 3
    3 garlic cloves
  • 4
    1/2 Tsp. oregano
  • 5
    1/4 Tsp cumin
  • 6
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • 7
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 8
    Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add ingredients to blender

2. While blending, add in olive oil slowly to thicken sauce

3. Once blended, remove and add to your favorite meat
