Smoked Salsa on the Wrangler®

Ingredients
- 1 8 Roma tomatoes
- 2 2 Jalapenos
- 3 ½ Red Onion Chunked
- 4 2 teaspoons Of Chopped Cilantro
- 5 1 tablespoon Salt
- 6 1 Limes Juice
- 7 6 Garlic Cloves
Salsa is filled with fresh flavor and heat, which is perfected when you give it a smoky kick! Salsa has a place in all our hearts, but smoked salsa elevates this appetizer to a new level! This recipe was done on our Char-Griller® Wrangler®.
Instructions
1. Preheat smoker to 225
2. Peel garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions in half. Keep seeds and ribs to have spicier salsa.
3. Place tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and garlic cloves in a sheet pan or plate. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Smoke for an hour and a half.
4. Remove the vegetables and let cool. Add veggies to blender or food processor with cilantro, lime juice, and garlic. Pulse to preference.
