These Sweet, Spicy & Sticky Honey Sriracha Ribs are the perfect blend of heat, sweetness, and smokiness—made even better on a Char-Griller Offset Smoker. The slow burn of applewood or cherrywood infuses the meat with rich, smoky depth, while the honey Sriracha glaze brings the ultimate balance of bold flavor and caramelized goodness.

Instructions

  1. 01

Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, then generously coat them with Pork'n Rub and Seasoning, making sure to cover both sides evenly. Let the ribs rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes to allow the seasoning to adhere and penetrate the meat.

  2. 02

Preheat the smoker to 250°F using applewood or cherrywood for a sweet smoke flavor. Place ribs bone-side down and smoke for 5-6 hours, spritzing with apple juice every hour after the first two hours.

  3. 03

In a saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, butter, and garlic. Simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).

  4. 04

In the last 30 minutes of smoking, brush the ribs generously with the glaze every 10 minutes to build up a sticky, caramelized layer.

  5. 05

Serve & Enjoy: Slice into individual ribs and let the flavors shine.
