  1. Preheat smoker/grill to 350F.
  2. Trim chicken thighs (optional).

Cooking Directions

  1. Spray chicken with oil.
  2. Pour seasoning on both sides of chicken.
  3. Place on smoker/grill for 20 minutes.
  4. Spray both sides of chicken with butter and continue to cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Spray both sides of chicken with butter again and continue to cook.
