Bulgogi Sliders

    1 ½ Pounds Rib-Eye Steaks (Semi-Frozen)

    Kings Hawaiian Slider buns

    1 Pack of Slide Havarti Cheese
  • 4
    1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 5
    1 TBSP of Sesame Oil
  • 6
    1 Tbsp Osmosalt Everything Bagel Plus
  • 7
    3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 8
    3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 9
    2 Tbsp Gochujang Sauce
  • 10
    1/2 White Onion Diced
  • 11
    1/4 Cup of Water
  • 12
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Smoked Bulgogi Sliders! A delicious and fun way to enjoy Korean marinated beef! Make these for your family cookout these are amazing! 


  1. Slice up your semi frozen rib eye steaks to thin strips. You can also buy already sliced ribeye from your local butcher
  2. In a larger bowl add all ingredients and mix well
  3. Toss in your sliced ribeye and marinate a minimum of 2hrs, overnight is preferred
  4. Heat a large skillet in medium add in olive oil
  5. Add in your Bulgogi in portions and cook about 5 mins while constantly stirring
  6. Top your sliders w/ cooked Bulgogi
  7. Top that with slices of Havarti cheese or whatever cheese you prefer
  8. Add your top buns and brush with melted butter
  9. Sprinkle the top w/ Everything Bagel seasoning
  10. Place in smoker or oven at 300 degrees for 5-10 mins until cheese is fully melted
