Bacon Burger with Shallots

Ingredients

    4 lbs ground beef
  • 2
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3
    2 oz chopped fresh parsley
  • 4
    6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 5
    1 Tbsp. burger seasoning
  • 6
    1 Tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 7
    2 shallots

Instructions

1. Add 4 lbs. of ground beef to mixing bowl
2. Add in bacon, fresh parsley, salt & pepper, burger seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
3. Mix ingredients into meat
4. Place on grill at 350˚F
5. Cook burgers 7-10 minutes per side
6. Add 2 shallots, thinly sliced into hot cast iron pan with oil
7. Cook until golden, crispy brown
8. Add melted butter to buns and place on grill to warm
9. Add your favorite cheese to the burgers
