Spaghetti Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 3 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 4 2 C. oatmeal or bread crumbs
- 5 3/4 C. milk
- 6 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 7 1 Tsp. pepper
- 8 2 Tsp. salt
- 9 2 C. colby jack cheese
- 10 1/2 to 1 lbs spaghetti
- 11 1 jar spaghetti sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix meatloaf ingredients
2. Add to ground beef & mix well.
3. Cook spaghetti, drain, then add 2 Tbsp. butter. Let cool.
4. Form bottom part of meatloaf and create a bowl shape.
5. Add spaghetti, sauce and 1/3 of Colby cheese.
6. Place the top part of meatloaf on top and work until closed all around.
7. Place on smoker set at 250°F.
8. Cook for 1.25 - 1.5 hours.
9. Pour sauce on top of meatloaf.
10. Smoke for 20 minutes, then add rest of cheese and cook until melted.
11. Smoke for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
12. Let cool, then slice and serve!
