Smoked Chili Hotdogs

Ingredients

    8 hotdogs
  • 2
    8 hotdog buns
  • 3
    8 slices of cheese
  • 4
    1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 5
    1 can chili sauce
  • 6
    4 Tbsp. butter
  • 7
    1/2 Tsp. granulated garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place hotdog buns (whole) in a greased 9x13 pan

2. Cut hotdog sized slots with a knife

3. With finger, pack cut part of bun down

4. Melt butter and garlic

5. Baste buns with the butter and garlic mixture

6. Place a slice of cheese into each bun

7. Add some chili

8. Place the hotdog on top of the chili

9. Add more chili

10. Top with shredded cheese

11. Sprinkle with parsley flakes

12. Place on smoker at 250˚F

13. Smoke for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted
