Salmon Burnt Ends

Ingredients
- 1 Salmon
- 2 Char-Griller Original Rub
- 3 Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 Sriracha
- 5 Green Onion
- 6 Sesame Seeds
- 7 Serrano Peppers
- 8 Cedar Planks (soak them in water)
Char-Griller Ambassadors @PittBoysBBQ put a twist on classic burnt ends with this Salmon Burnt Ends recipe. This recipe is a must for any seafood and burnt ends lover.
Instructions
- Step 1 is to soak your cedar planks in water for at least an hour
- Cut your Salmon into roughly 1 inch cubes
- Season them liberally with Char-Griller's Original Rub
- Arrange the cubes on your cedar planks and get ready for the smoke
- In a bowl combine 1 cup teriyaki sauce with 2 tbsp sriracha and some Original Rub
- Fire up your Char-Griller AKORN® Smoker and add in some apple wood chunks
- Add your salmon to the smoker and baste with your sauce every 5 minutes
- Once you get the color you like, remove them and top with sesame seeds, green onion, and serrano peppers!
