Creole Bourbon Butter Ribeye

Ingredients
- 1 1-8-10 ribeye(or another steak that you prefer)
- 2 Creole Seasoning
- 3 2 Tbsp Bourbon
- 4 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 5 4 Garlic Cloves(minced)
- 6 2 Pieces Of Thyme
- 7 Salt & Pepper
- 8 Mustard Powder
- 9 1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
- 11 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 12 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 13 Parsley for presentation

Instructions
Season steak with Creole seasoning and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, bourbon, garlic, mustard powder, olive oil , soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Pour half of the marinade on the steak and save the rest for later.
Let the steak soak of the marinade for at least an hour and longer for extra flavor.
Heat AKORN Jr. to 450 degrees and removed steak from fridge.
Place a cast iron skillet on grill with a little olive oil.
Dust both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
Sear both sides of the steak and cook to your desired temperature, then remove steak and allow to rest.
Add the leftover marinade to the skillet and cook till it thickens and remove from then heat and add the butter. Stir till it melts and pour over the steak.
Add parsley for a nice presentation😀
