Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 Aluminum pan
- 2 Aluminum foil
- 3 Country style ribs
- 4 Favorite rub(s)
- 5 Favorite BBQ sauce
- 6 Spray butter
- 7 Brown sugar
- 8 Honey
- 9 Squeeze butter
Ribs are easier to make than they seem and Geoffrey Greer helps us along the way to make these delicious Country Style Ribs with our Char-Griller smoker!
Prep Directions:
- Preheat smoker to 275F
Cooking Directions:
- Place ribs in the smoker
- Check after 30 minutes and spray with butter
- After another 30 minutes remove ribs from the smoker
- Place ribs in aluminum pan and cover with brown sugar, rubs, honey and squeeze butter, cover with foil and return to the smoker
- After 1 hour check for tenderness, when tenderness is reached, remove from smoker, drain additional liquid and coat with bbq sauce
- Place ribs in the smoker uncovered for 10-15 minutes
- Remove from the griddle and let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
