Bringing some Italian flavor to the Gravity Fed 980 Grill, let’s make BBQ Italiano Chicken n’ Veggies! This recipe is packed with delicious flavors from fresh herbs and a tangy marinade, perfect for a fun and flavorful backyard BBQ experience.

Instructions

    Clean and rinse all the chicken under cold water, then pat dry and set aside in a foil pan.

    Rinse and clean the green beans and Wild Wonder Tomatoes under cold water. Set aside in a foil pan.

    Combine the avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt n’ pepper, garlic, basil, and parsley into a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

    Place the chicken inside a plastic bag and pour the majority of the marinade mixture into it. Close the bag and toss it to mix.

    Place the green beans and Wild Wonder Tomatoes into a separate plastic bag, then pour the remaining marinade mixture into it. Close the bag and toss it to mix.

    Set both bags inside the refrigerator for a few hours before firing up the grill.

    Fire up the Grill with lump charcoal using fire starters and a fire torch. Takes about 5-10 minutes to ignite.

    Lock in the temperature to 420°F on the control panel.

    Remove the warming rack prior to the cook. Allow the grill to warm up for 15 minutes.

    Remove the veggies and chicken from the plastic bags and place them on a sheet pan.

    Place the sheet pan inside the grill and cook for 30 minutes until golden brown with a nice char.
