Get your Flat Iron® fired up for some seriously flavorful, crispy, and cheesy smash burgers. Family burger night will never be the same.

We recommend at least a double for best experience. And don't be shy with the burger sauce!

Instructions

    Make small meatballs roughly ¼ pound each.

    • 1 pound Ground beef

    Finely slice your onions.

    Fire up the Char-Griller Flat Iron® Griddle.

    While the grill heats, prep the burger sauce. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

    • 3 tablespoons Mayo
    • 3 tablespoons Mustard
    • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
    • 3 tablespoons Dill relish

    Oil the griddle and add your meat balls, and top with a generous handful of onions.

    Smash the patties until flat and allow a crust to develop.

    Flip and season each patty with salt and pepper.
