    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 4
    Ground Black Pepper
  • 5
    Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

    Velveta Mac & Cheese (Or Homemade)

  1. Cook up the Mac & Cheese
  2. Mix up ground beef, cheese, bread crumbs and pepper in a bowl
  3. Make little meat plates (3-4" in diameter)
  4. Place 4-5 noodles in each 'plate'
  5. Wrap the meat around the noodles so they're in the middle of a ball
  6. Heat up grill (indirect) to 350-375F
  7. Cook for 15 minutes
  8. Move around so everyone gets a turn
  9. Cook another 10-15 minutes, paint on some BBQ sauce
  10. Cook another 5 or so minutes to get tacky
  11. Enjoy!
