Grilled Adobo Wings
Ingredients
- 1 3-4 Lbs of Chicken Wings
- 2 5 Dried Chipotle Chilis
- 3 10 Dried Ancho Chilis
- 4 8 Garlic Cloves
- 5 1 tsp Salt
- 6 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 7 1/4 Cup of the Chili Soaking Liquid
- 8 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 9 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 10 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions
1. Destem and deseed the chiles, and place in a bowl with very hot tap water and allow to soak for 20 minutes.
2. Add the chiles and the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of the water if too thick or lumpy. Marinade wings for 2 hours, up to overnight.
3. Grill over medium high heat on an oiled grill until done, about 20 minutes flipping every 5 minutes.
