    Packet of Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning

    Oil, Water, and Apple Cider Vinegar for the Packet

This Brown Sugar Bourbon Chicken Skewers recipe is easy, fast, and tasty. You can add vegetables or fruits to your skewers to switch it up and add different flavors!


  1. Remove the large portions of fat from thighs
  2. Cut thighs in lengthwise portions
  3. Stick the chicken on the skewers
  4. Mix up your marinade and coat the thighs
  5. Refrigerate for a couple hours
  6. Set up a hot section on your grill
  7. Place skewers/thighs over the hot section and turn/monitor
  8. Use a 'warm' section of the grill to move the ones over that are finished
  9. Optionally glaze with more of your sauce and let them sticky up
  10. Enjoy!!
