Beer and Lime Marinated Chicken Wings

Let’s Wing Wednesday but let’s change up the flavor some delicious Beer and Lime Chicken Wings.

Instructions

   Rinse and dry chicken wings

   Ingredients

   • Party wings: Flats & Drums with no wing tips

   Pour two Modelo beers into the turkey bag. Squeeze a few limes and kept the peels in. Drip some hot sauce in and then sprinkle with Certified Sazón Seasoning blend. Add wings to the bag.

   Ingredients

   • Valentina Hot Sauce: binder, to taste
   • 24 ounces Beer, Modelo recommended
   • 2 Limes, sliced
   • Certified Sazón Seasoning Blend: to taste
   • 1 Turkey bag

   Place bagged wings in the fridge for 8 hours

   Fire up the grill to 500° with lump charcoal.

    Remove the wings from the bag and place them on the cooking grill grate directly over the lump charcoal.

    Flip the wings every few minutes.

    Remove after 20 minutes and enjoy them right off the grill.
