Dry off chicken wings with a paper towel. Combine salt and pepper into a shaker and season wings lightly on both sides. Start fire and get grill up to 325ËšF.

- 3 pounds Chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Coarse black pepper

Once grill is up to 325ËšF place the wings on the grill. While the wings are cooking begin working on the sauce. In a small pot combine the buffalo sauce, butter, and minced garlic. Once the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened strain the excess garlic from the sauce. Set aside till wings are ready.

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 stick Butter

When the wings hit an internal temp of 165 - 170ËšF it is time to remove them from the grill and put in a heat-safe bowl to sauce. Pour sauce mixture onto the wings and toss until all sides of the wings are covered evenly. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as an added topping. Serve and enjoy!
