This Grilled Herb-Rubbed Turkey is packed with flavor and perfect for any gathering. In this episode of BBQ 101 x Cookout Coach, we’re sharing all the tips and tricks to achieve a perfectly juicy and smoky turkey with a flavorful herb rub that will wow your guests - all made on the Char-Griller Smokin' Pro!

Instructions

    Soften the stick of butter, combine the oregano, parsley, and thyme with it until thoroughly mixed then place the compound butter back in a refrigerator.

    Spread the salt evenly across the turkey breast and place it back in the refrigerator to dry brine for 4 hours up to overnight.

  3. 03

    Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and cover it with the compound butter.

    Add a whole chimney of lit charcoal to the side firebox of the smokin pro as well as a few pieces of smoking wood with the vents wide open.

    Place the turkey in the main chamber of the Smokin' Pro until they reach an internal temp of 100 degrees.

    Using the side firebox grill begin grilling the turkey breast flipping and rotating every two minutes for 8 minutes.

    If the turkey hasn't reached 160 degrees internal place it back in the main cooking chamber until it does.

  8. 08

    Remove the turkey from the grill, slice, and serve.
