Smoked Pimento Cheese Dip Recipe

We took a Southern Classic and gave it a smoky twist. This Pimento Cheese Spread recipe has cheese that was cold smoked on the Char-Griller Super Pro with Mesquite wood chips and is great for a party! Serve with a variety of vegetables and grilled bread. Add a spiderweb design for a spooky touch for your Halloween Party!

Grilled Pumpkin Chili

A great dish for fall, this Grilled Pumpkin Chili Recipe has lots of spice and flavor. Ground pork, peppers, onion, and spices like cumin and cinnamon come together to make the perfect savory dish. Serve in the hollowed-out pumpkin to make it extra festive. Serve after trick or treating to warm parents and kids alike up after being out in the cold.

Halloween Bloody Bat & Bird Wings

Halloween is Char-Griller Ambassador James Llorens favorite day of the year and he wanted to make an appropriately themed cook to celebrate. Stay with us on this recipe. Yes, the chicken is black but it's not burned.

He was inspired by Chef Josh of @Born_to_chef, to make this recipe a few years ago but put his own spin on it. He used Fogo Charcoal The Rub to get the wings and chicken dyed black and injected them with buffalo sauce.

After resting the wings and bird, he used the Char-Griller Super Pro and hooked and hung the wings on the rotisserie rod with the whole chicken in the rotisserie forks. If you're looking for something fun, festive and want to get into the Halloween sprit then whip up a batch of Halloween Bloody Bat Bird and Wings Recipe for a fun and unique meal.

Smoked and Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

A Certified Creole BBQ Family tradition, pumpkin seeds were a vital part of celebrating Halloween. James gave the pumpkin seeds from this year his own twist by smoking them and spicing them with Tajin. The spiced, smoked, lime flavor makes the pumpkin seeds addictively delicious.

Shrunken Head Apple Punch

Ambassador Angel Hernandez of @bustedcanofbiscuits got really creative with her Halloween recipe. She took apples and carved them to look like Jack-O-Lanterns and then made an apple punch and smoked all of it on the grill. The smoke gives the apples and the punch a unique smoky/sweet flavor. Add whiskey or a caramel-flavored vodka to make a grown-up punch!

Grilled Pumpkin and Chayote Soup

After a long month of Halloween candy and celebrating, there’s nothing better than a healthy and delicious soup to prepare for the holidays. Warming, savory, and packed with flavor, this Grilled Pumpkin and Chayote Soup recipe is just what you need. The grilled pumpkin adds the perfect notes of smoke and char to the soup rounding out the flavor and making it that much better.
