    Put beef broth in a large pan over medium heat.



    • 2 cups Beef broth

    Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mix.



    • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Roasted garlic paste, or substitute minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon Bear & Burton's Fireshire® sauce, or substitute your favorite regular Worcestershire sauce

    Once the broth starts to steam add cornstarch and mix.



    • 2 tablespoons Corn starch

    Add salt, pepper and mushrooms



    • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon Coarse black pepper
    • 8 ounces Cremini mushrooms, diced (optional)

    Bring to a boil and let thicken. About 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.

    In a large bowl add all beef patty ingredients and mix. If using leaner ground beef you may want to add in a egg to bind mixture.



    • 1 pound Australian Wagyu beef patties from @thewagyuwindow, or substitute your preferred ground beef
    • 1/2 Medium Maui or yellow onion, diced
    • 1 Serrano pepper diced, with seeds
    • 1 tablespoon Roasted garlic paste, or substitute minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon Bear & Burton's Fireshire® sauce, or substitute your favorite regular Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup Pork panko, or substitute regular panko
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon Coarse black pepper

    Form into large patties and grill over a flattop or pan.
