Take your salmon to the next level by preparing it on the grill! Placing the salmon on cast iron helps ensure the fish stays in one piece.

    Fresh Garlic Cilantro Butter

    Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Place in fridge and use when needed.

    • 11 cloves Garlic, chopped
    • 6 drizzles Olive oil
    • Brazilian salt, to taste
    • 1 bunch Cilantro
    • 1 stick Butter

    Fire up the Grand Champ XD to about 400˚F with lump charcoal.

    Place a cast iron griddle directly over the lump charcoal to warm up. Drizzle the griddle with olive oil.

    Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon with the fresh garlic cilantro butter and sprinkled fresh cilantro flakes.

    Place on a cast iron griddle and cook over the hot lump charcoal for 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145˚F.
