    Have the Candied Bacon and Bourbon Glaze Ready nearby.

    Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon.

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
    • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/3 cup Sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

    Add 1 1/2 cups cream, vanilla, candied bacon, and stir to combine.

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    • 1/3 cup Chopped Candied Bacon
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Divide dough in half. Flour a cutting board and pat each half into a 6-inch circle.

    Brush each circle of dough with the remaining cream.

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

    Place dough on parchment paper and cut into 6 triangles.

    Pull each wedge apart slightly and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

    Transfer scones on the parchment paper to the grill grates.

    Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from grill and allow to cool.

    Using a 1/4 measuring cup, pour glaze over each scone and top with remaining chopped bacon.

    Place all ingredients in a small pan and stir to combine

    • 3 tablespoons Bourbon
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
    • 2 cups Powdered sugar
    • 4 tablespoons Milk

    Place pan on grill and allow to heat through for 15 minutes. Stir half way through
