Incorporating a blend of beer and Latin-inspired flavors, James fired up his Char-Griller Akorn Kamado to create a mouthwatering twist on classic ribs. These Beer Marinated Ribs are sure to be the highlight of your next backyard gathering!

Instructions

    Using a bowl, pour the Modelo Beers, squeeze the limes & keep the peels in. Drip some hot sauce in and then sprinkle some of my Certified Sazón Seasoning blend, Louisiana Red Dirt BBQ Rub & Dad’s Chile Dulce Seasoning and mix.

    Ingredients

    • 36 ounces Modelo Beer
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dad’s Chile Dulce Seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon Certified SazĂłn Blend Seasoning
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Louisiana Red Dirt BBQ Rub
    • 2 limes (sliced)

    Rinse & clean the ribs. Place the Baby Back Ribs in a large tub, remove the membrane and discard.

    • 1 Slab Baby Back Ribs

    Pour the Beer Marinade over the Baby Back Ribs, cover and rest in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

    Fire up the Akorn Kamado, Graphite grill to 375° with lump charcoal using the Smokin’ Stone.

    Remove the Baby Back Ribs from the Marinade and place the slab on the cooking grill grate.

    Periodically, baste with beer n’ lime, flip, rotate, & flip, every few minutes, no wrapping.

    Remove after 2 1/2 hours
