Smoked Jalapeno Queso

Ingredients
- 1 32oz Block of Velveeta Cheese
- 2 8oz Block of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 3 10.5 Oz Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 10oz can of Rotel Hot
- 5 32 oz breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean Hot)
- 6 3 TBS of favorite rub
- 7 12oz jar of Diced Jalapenos

Prep Directions
- Preheat smoker/grill to 325˚F
- Brown sausage in a pan
- Cut cheese into squares
Cooking Directions
- Place squares of cheese in an aluminum pan
- Add browned sausage over the cheese
- Add Rotel in the pan
- Add Cream of Mushroom Soup to the pan
- Add diced jalapenos to the pan
- Add favorite rub
- Stir and place in smoker/grill
- After 30 minutes, mix contents thoroughly
- Remove from smoker/grill after 25 additional minutes and enjoy!
