    Preheat smoker/grill to 325˚F

    Brown sausage in a pan

    • 32 ounces Breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean Hot)

    Place diced cheese in an aluminum pan

    Ingredients

    • 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
    • 8 ounces Pepper Jack cheese

    Add browned sausage over the cheese

    Add Rotel in the pan

    • 10 ounces Rotel hot

    Add cream of mushroom soup to the pan

    • 10 1/2 ounces Cream of mushroom soup

    Add diced jalapenos to the pan

    • 12 ounces Diced jalapenos

    Add favorite rub

    Stir and place in smoker/grill

    After 30 minutes, mix contents thoroughly
