Prep Directions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350F.

Cooking Directions:

  1. Spray leg quarters with oil.
  2. Cover leg quarters with your choice of rub(s).
  3. Place in the smoker for 40 minutes.
  4. Spray both sides of the leg quarters with butter.
  5. Continue smoking for 20 minutes.
  6. Spray both sides of the leg quarters with butter again.
  7. Continue smoking for 15 minutes.
  8. Coat both sides with your choice of sauce(s).
  9. Continue smoking for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from the smoker, let rest for 5-10 minutes, and enjoy!
