Easily one of our favorite recipes that we would make up everyday if we could! Get out your griddle and grill and whip up some Shrimp Fried Rice with Geoffrey Greer and enjoy this quality dish made on your top notch Char-Griller grill and griddle!

Prep Directions:

  1. Preheat griddle

Cooking Directions:

  1. Put oil on griddle
  2. Put rice on the griddle (stirring occasionally)
  3. Put veggies on the griddle (stirring occasionally)
  4. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce to the rice and mix
  5. Add seasoning to the veggies and mix
  6. Once finished, combine veggies and rice and move to cool side
  7. Put shrimp on the griddle (stirring occasionally)
  8. Add seasoning to the shrimp and mix
  9. Once shrimp is done, combine with veggies and rice
  10. Remove from the griddle and let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
