Salt n’ Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients

    8-10 Whole chicken wings
  • 2
    Olive oil binder, to taste
  • 3
    Houston Salt 'n Pepper Seasoning, to taste
  • 4
    Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, to taste

Use your Akorn Jr. grill and lump charcoal to cook up these sweet and spicy chicken wings.

Instructions

  1. Fire up the Akorn Jr. grill with lump charcoal to about 450°F
  2. Coat the whole Chicken Wings with Olive oil for the binder, then season them with my Houston Salt n’ Pepper seasoning blend. 
  3. Place on the grill and cook directly over the hot lump charcoal for about 25 minutes.
  4. Remove and sauce with raspberry chipotle sauce.
  5. Enjoy!
