Keto Cheesy Meatballs have a melty, cheesy center and can be nestled in your favorite marinara sauce. Perfect for any night you’re craving healthy Italian!

Instructions

    Preheat grill to 325˚F for indirect cooking.

    Combine sausage, beef, pork panko, and rub and mix well.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Sausage
    • 1 pound Ground beef
    • 1 cup Bacon's Heir Pork Panko
    • 3 tablespoons All Purpose Rub (Garlic or your preferred choice)

    Form 2-inch balls and press cheese cube into meatball and form around the cheese cube.

    • Pepper Jack Cheese cubes (or your preferred choice)

    Place on grill indirect until an internal temp of 170˚F
