    Cut up a slab of pork belly into cubes and toss in a sugar free BBQ rub.

    • Sugar free BBQ rub, to taste

    Place directly on the grate, and smoke for 3 hours at 250˚F with hickory smoke.

    Mix all sauce ingredients together. Toss pork belly cubes in the sauce.

    • 2 tablespoons Sugar free honey
    • 2 tablespoons Brown Erythritol
    • 3 tablespoons Melted butter
    • 1 cup Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce

    Cover in a foil pan and finish in the grill for 90 minutes.
