I’ve made it a yearly thing to never toss those precious n’ delicious pumpkin seeds away. This year, I changed up the recipe. Check it out below. Hope you enjoy this recipe, it’s one I always enjoy making for a nice fall snack

Put seeds in a bowl and pour beer over them. Soak in fridge for an hour.

- Fresh seeds from 2 pumpkins, rinsed and cleaned
- 25 ounces Your favorite beer

Remove the seeds from the beer and spread them on a baking sheet with foil.

Drizzle olive oil on the seeds and mix.

Sprinkle a generous amount of Dad’s Classic American Seasoning then mix.

Fire up a Gravity Fed 980 Charcoal Grill with lump charcoal to 325° and warm up for 15 minutes.

Place the seeds in the 980.

Check in on them after 20 minutes and rotate the baking sheet and mix/spread the seeds.

Roast the seeds for an additional 10 minutes.
