Chili Lime Tacos w/ Mango Salsa & Chipotle Crema,

    These grilled shrimp tacos are bursting with flavor in every bite! Starting with the spicy citrus shrimp, adding a delicious, smoky chipotle crema, and finished with a refreshing mango salsa on top! Tacos don't get better than this!       Peel your shrimp, and place in the bowl with all the chili lime ingredients. Marinate the shrimp for at least 30 minutes.

      Prepare your mango salsa by mixing the Mango Salsa ingredients together in a bowl.

      In a blender/processor, mix together your Chipotle Lime Creme ingredients to create a spicy creme sauce for your tacos. Use milk to make the sauce creamier.

      Skewer shrimp onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Save the remaining marinade to use for basting once you place the shrimp on the grill.

      Preheat the Smokin' Pro grill to 400 degrees using charcoal of choice.

      Once the grill grates are hot, place the shrimp directly over the coals and cook for 4 minutes on each side. 
Baste the shrimp with the chili lime marinade, and flip them over. Baste the shrimp again, and let them finish cooking for another 4 minutes.

      Once the shrimp have finished cooking, remove from the grill. Use your hot coals to warm up your flour tortillas.

      Once you’ve toasted the tortillas, build your tacos! Start with a bed of lettuce, add some Chipotle Créme sauce, the grilled shrimp, and lastly your mango salsa. To make these tacos extra juice, finish them off with a fresh squeeze of lime.
