Breakfast Crunchwraps on the Char-Griller Flat Iron

Ingredients

    12 Eggs
  • 2
    1 Package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3
    1 Package bacon
  • 4
    1 Package Tater Tot minis
  • 5
    6 Grande tortillas
  • 6
    6 Small tortillas (5")
  • 7
    Salt/Pepper/Garlic to taste

Next time you're craving a filling breakfast, be sure to try this amazing, mouthwatering breakfast crunchwrap. Filled with sizzling bacon, melty cheese, and so much more, this breakfast will not disappoint. 

Instructions

  1. Brown Tator Tots on one side of the griddle as you cook your bacon on the other side
  2. Remove from heat when finished
  3. Cook some eggs how you like - scrambled, fried, etc.. remove from heat
  4. Warm two tortillas of each size at a time to help with folding
  5. Place grande tortilla on a mat, top with eggs, tots, bacon, cheese
  6. Top with the 5" tortilla and fold in the sides
  7. Place each crunchwrap back on the griddle - folded side down to seal and melt cheese
  8. Flip over once browned and brown the other side
  9. Remove from heat and Enjoy!!
