Prep and trim brisket to your liking.

Season brisket and let it sit 30-45 min

- Favorite brisket dry rub

Cook at 250-275˚F or your preferred range.

Once dry rub sets, mop brisket with the apple beer mop once every 45 minutes until the internal temp reaches 165˚F. Wrap the brisket and add mop sauce to the wrap for extra flavor.

- 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Canola oil
- 1 Small onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Continue to cook brisket till it reaches 203˚F. Once in this range probe the brisket for tenderness. Once probe tender, pull brisket and allow brisket to rest for 20 minutes . Toss in a cooler for at least 2 hours and enjoy.
