Instructions

    Set smoker to 250˚F and add applewood chunks.

    Season with salt and coarse ground pepper

    Insert thermometer probes

    Smoke until you have a nice bark or when the internal temperature reaches about 150-160˚F, around 3-4 hours. Spritzing every 30 min after 1st hour with apple juice
