This recipe for smoked apple crisp on the grill simply screams summertime. It has the feel of a classic campfire dessert and is super easy for anyone from the BBQ veteran to the BBQ newbie to execute and love. This grilled dessert recipe was made on the Smokin’ Pro Barrel Grill and Offset Smoker.

Instructions

    Combine apples, 1Tbsp of flour, white sugar and cinnamon and mix

    Place in a half size foil pain or 9x13 baking dish

    Combine oats, remaining flour, and brown sugar and mix

    Pour melted butter over oat combination mixing it thoroughly

    Spread the oat topping across the top of the apples evenly

    Bring smoker up to 350 degrees

    Place the dish on the smoker for 1 hour or until the top has turned golden brown
