Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 5 tsp flour
- 4 1 ½ tsp sugar
- 5 1 tsp melted butter
- 6 Blueberry syrup
- 7 Blueberries
- 8 Whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, and butter. Mix well
- Preheat griddle to medium heat.
- Pour batter into 5- to 6-inch size pancakes.
- Flip and remove pancakes.
- Top with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and blueberry syrup, enjoy!
