How to use the Wok
The Char-Griller Wok is the perfect accessory to add to your grilling arsenal if you love to make veggies on the grill. Although you can grill vegetables by themselves on the grill, the Wok is perfect for smaller vegetables, a medley of vegetables or so you can cook meat or another dish on the grates right alongside it.
1. First, be sure that your food is cut into uniform pieces so that they will cook evenly.
2. Light your grill and preheat with the wok inside for about 10 minutes as you prep your vegetables.
3. Lightly oil and season the vegetables. Both the oil and the preheating process will prevent the vegetables from sticking and ensure that they begin cooking right away.
4. Place vegetables into the wok and cook for about two minutes before stirring or flipping and repeat this process until desired doneness. You may lightly brush on more oil and seasoning as needed throughout your cook.
