    Preheat smoker to 250˚F

    Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl.

    • 1 Egg white
    • 2 teaspoons Water
    • 2 tablespoons Pure vanilla extract
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1/2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon or more, to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

    Whip wet ingredients until frothy and stir in pecans, then slowly stir in dry ingredients.
