Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl.

- 2 teaspoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon or more, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Whip wet ingredients until frothy and stir in pecans, then slowly stir in dry ingredients.
