Instructions

    Preheat the Akorn Kamado Grill to 650°F using lump charcoal.

    Generously season all sides of the steaks with your choice of rubs.

    Place the steaks directly over the hot coals on the cooking grates.

    Grill until they reach your desired doneness — for medium rare, cook to an internal temperature of 130–135°F.

    Remove the steaks from the grill and top each with a dollop of garlic butter.

    Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
