- 6 Garlic: 6 cloves, (Minced)
- 7 Parsley: 2 oz.
- 8 Green Onions: 2oz.
- 9 Chicken: 16 oz.
- 10 Char-Griller Grills Creole Seasoning: to taste.
- 11 Tortilla Chips: 1-2 bags
- 13 Char-Griller Grills Drip Pan used to cook or use a medium size pan

Prepping Directions
- Place all the ingredients in sections in the pan and it’s ready for the Smoker.
Smoking Directions
- Fire up the Gravity 980 350°-400°.
- Allow the grill/smoker to warm up for 30 mins.
- Place the dip pan on the cooking grate inside the grill/smoker.
- Stir/mix all the ingredients once they begin to melt: 10 minutes.
- Smoke for 30 minutes and remove.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
