Light AKORN and heat to 325

Cut bottoms of apples just enough to make them stand up straight

Hollow out apples with an apple corer or melon baller. Leave a ÂĽ inch of flesh around sides and bottom

Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until smooth

Spoon cream cheese mixture into each apple, leaving 1/2 inch space at the top

Sprinkle tops with graham crackers

Place apples in a small aluminum pan and place on grill

Allow to bake for 50-60 minutes. Filling should look semi set and apples should be soft

Allow to cool at room temperature then place in refrigerator until cold
