The goal of this recipe is to empower multiple flavors to hit your mouth and wow you. You will have a familiar buttery tangy sweetness from the oyster but a tender flavor with the miso.

Cooked on the Char-Griller Gravity Fed 980, this charcoal smoker grill ensures the perfect temperature is reached and maintained.

Instructions

    Preheat grill to 400 degrees

    Place a dozen shucked oysters on a cooking sheet

  3. 03

    Mix together all filling ingredients

  4. 04

    Top each oyster with a spoon full of filling and lightly sprinkle on bread crumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese

    Place onto grill for about 20-25 mins until nice golden brown on top crust
