Garlic Chimichurri Skirt Steak is grilled on the Char-Griller 22-inch Kettle Charcoal Grill and Smoker, developing a smoky crust and rich, savory aroma. Infused with a zesty chimichurri marinade, each bite is tender, juicy, and packed with bold, mouthwatering flavor.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the steak to make a flavorful chimichurri sauce.

    Remove the steak from its packaging and trim off any large pieces of fat.

    Place the steak in a zip-top bag and pour the chimichurri sauce over it.

    Press out all the air and ensure the marinade fully coats the steak.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 12 hours, to allow the flavors to infuse.

    Light a full chimney of charcoal and bank it to one side of the Char-Griller 22-inch kettle for direct/indirect cooking zones.

    Place the steak directly over the coals, flipping every minute, until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
